Baby Booties

Hi!!
Well I have the baby booties done and now I'm working on the Afghans. Here is a picture of the booties. After doing these I am finally comfortable with turning heels and no longer have to look in the book to see what I need to do. I want to try making a couple of lace shawls so I ordered some lace weight yarn and a couple of patterns from Little Knits. They should be here soon.

Hi!!

Well I have 3 baby booties and one Afghan Square done. Just plugging along!
Here is a picture of the Afghan Square. I have been so busy putting our local Christian directory together that it has been hard to find time to knit or crochet. I will be glad to be done with that little book. I have much to do in my gardens too. Especially the waist high weeds need pulled.

Hi!!

I finally got my socks done. It seems like they took a long time. I think partly because I did them on size 0 needles and partly because I started other projects at the same time. I am working on a pair of socks for my Grand Son. I have to keep up with the Grand Daughter socks :) Now my son and my son in law want tiger socks. My son even got the clear see through tenny shoes!

I went out and picked Blueberries and Blackberries this morning. only got about 10 blueberries but I got about a half gallon of blackberries. They are really big and juicy too. I bagged them up and put them in the freezer. I still have about 10 bags of them in the freezer from last year and I think the canes are more loaded this year than they were last year. MMMMM... Good Blackberries!!

I just have to let everyone know that I am a Jesus Freak. I have been one since I was 15 when my earthly father died. I took God as my father at that time and Accepted Jesus as my Savior. So for the past 38 years I have still been a Jesus Freak and I always will be. I don't really care what anyone else thinks about it. I would like to see everyone have the joy of knowing Jesus as their savior. I believe he loves us and that he has great and good desires for all of our lives. I also believe that he heals us and provides for us. Well am I a freak? YES a Jesus Freak!!
