I Planted a pomegranate bush and a Honey Berry bush today!
I really hope the Honey Berry does ok. It came in the mail and the Mail didn't treat it very nicely.
This picture is my Pomegranate bush.

I have lettuce ready to cut and I have Kale going to seed. I plan on saving the seeds for this fall. We can grow greens well here through the fall and some in the winter. I haven't attempted doing it in the fall but this year I plan to.
There is always so much to do and so little time to do it. We are supposed to have storms again tonight and tomorrow.

My Yucca plant is blooming this year!! First time since I planted it as a little baby one. It has been there something like 5 years.

I am making another Afghan. This time for a missionary that went to Africa and got Malaria. I am making the Afghan and we are going to pray over it for his complete healing! Then send it to him.

My garden is just getting started. I have lettuce up, almost ready to cut. I have Herbs, Tomato, pepper and Eggplant seedlings in little pots on my screened in porch. I got a Pomegranate bush that I need to get in the ground soon. I can hardly wait to see pomegranates on it.

My Strawberries are doing good. They have nice big blossoms on them. The Blueberry bushes are blooming too!
The nut trees have their blooms on, if that is what you would call them. They just sort of hang down but you don't really see any flowers on them.
I love Spring when everything comes to life!!
