Hi!!
I got one pair of father son socks done and I am working on the second pair.




Look who found us this Christmas season!!
She showed up at my house, so I went on the search of her owner.




I saw nothing in the paper so I put a found ad in and found who her owner was and when they came to pick her up they just gave her to us because they couldn't keep her at home. She kept getting out and running off.
What is so funny is she looks exactly like one that we had about 10 years ago that died. Seems that God wants us to have Bassett Hounds!
So funny!

Well my goal was to get 25 of these little sweaters done and I have reached it. I have given all of them away except 6 of them. And 3 of them are going to my neighbors houses with some baked goodies.

Hi!!
I have all four stoles done and boxed ready for wrapping!



I got some hair clip things from Clare's at the Mall to use as stole pins.



I think they look pretty cool as Stole pins.
Now back to knitting more little sweaters for Ornaments. I made 25 little hangars for them. So I'm going to try getting 25 little sweaters done. I have half of them done already. I also still have a couple of pairs of socks to get done. Wow Christmas is coming so fast.

Hi!!
Well I got a couple more little sweater ornaments done today. I also started a pair of socks for my Son in law for Christmas. I hope I can get them and a pair for my grandson done before Christmas. So much to do and so little time. I have cookies to make, Packages to pack and send, Presents to wrap, and more little sweater ornaments to make. What a busy time of year.

Anniversary

Hi!!
Yesterday was our 33rd anniversary. So we went to Tunica and spent the night. We didn't even do any gambling. We enjoyed the all you can eat Lobster Buffet for supper. We had a nice suite with a jacuzzi tub in it. And we enjoyed a breakfast buffet this morning. On our way back we went to Bass Pro shop in Memphis and I got to go to Yarn to Go in Memphis. I got some sock yarn of course.
All in all we had a great time.

Stole Pattern

Hi!!
I am putting my pattern here for my furry stole so that I can list it in Ravelry.

I used size 10 circular needles and cast on 80 stitches for the adult size and 60 stitches for the Child size.
Row 1: K10, P10, Across your stitches.
Row 2: Repeat Row 1
You continue doing this till you have the length that you need. The Adult stole is 60 inches long. The Child stole is 48-50 inches long. After getting to the length you desire, bind off and weave in ends. You can also measure the length of the Childs arms to see how long you want to make it.
