Roasted Winter Vegetables
Sweet Potatoes, Carrots or Butternut Squash chunked
1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
¼ teaspoon Oregano
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
2 Tablespoons Olive oil
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400° use some olive oil to oil cookie
sheet.
Mix together the vegetables and the spices in a Ziploc
bag. Add Olive oil, seal the bag and mix it around with your fingers till they
are well coated.
Bake for 45 minutes stirring occasionally till they
are cooked through and golden brown.
